Does anyone here still use CRT monitors in some way? Maybe on an old PC, or maybe even use it for one of your new PCs? I still have some CRT monitors that are collecting dust. If I could, I would setup a new PC using an old monitor. I’m sure there are connections to make this happen. Do you guys know of any sites that sell connections to make an old CRT monitor work on current hardware?
Amazon sells a bunch of converters that will convert HDMI to old VDI input. The issue is that they cost a bit as they need to convert digital signal to analog.
Oh yeah, there are a bunch of converters out there. Not sure why you’d want to use a CRT monitor these days, but I guess sometimes you want that nostalgia trip. Maybe not for me, but hey, to each their own.
